Francis Nkurunziza (Uganda Director)
Francis is our Uganda Director, overseeing all our operations in Uganda, including managing staff and finances. Originally training and working as a social worker, Francis is dedicated in seeing the welfare of families improve.
Joshua works in the Advocacy department at The John Paul II Justice and Peace Centre and has a deep passion for seeing families escape poverty, through sustainable livelihoods.
Moses works as a head of year and teacher within a secondary school in Kampala. After growing up in Katanga and now working in education, Moses is passionate about seeing children reach their full potential through a quality education of their own.
Mark Walters (Chair of Trustees)
Mark originally headed up the UK operations as Director, before handing the role on and adopting the role of Chair of Trustees. He continues to dedicate time to the charity beyond his trustees duties, mainly in communication.
Megan is a Co-founder and Trustee, supporting the work of Hope for Life throughout the year in events and administration. She is a skilled and experienced Nanny, caring deeply for the welfare and development of the children we work with.
Francis and Chris make up our Executive Team, responsible for Uganda and UK operations, whilst our other staff provide much skill and experience for their individual roles, working for the benefit of those that we work with in Uganda.
